Current contact workflow
The contact form prepares an email on your device. It does not send your entries to a form backend, store them in browser storage or claim an enquiry has been received. Name, work email, company, region, project overview and optional details are placed into an email draft only when you select Open Email Draft.

Your email application and email providers process the message under their own terms. The intended recipient is lillian.sum@ptcrystalai.com, which the existing handover document identifies as a Tencent enterprise mailbox. Actual account access, deletion and retention arrangements must be confirmed before launch.

Site tools and simulation
The marketing pages add no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing subscription. The concept demo runs synthetic scenarios. If you enable browser speech recognition, your browser provider may process voice audio under its own terms and permissions. Text input is available without microphone access. Hosting access controls may use their own necessary cookies.
